CM Punk stores WWE title in refrigerator

Following his victory at WWE Money in the Bank last night, CM Punk posted a photo on Twitter of him storing the WWE Championship in his refrigerator along with cream for his coffee, peanut butter, Pepsi, and other items.

Prior to last night’s pay-per-view from Rosemont, Illinois, Santino Marella & Vladimir Kozlov defeated WWE Tag Team Champions David Otunga and Michael McGillicutty in a non-title match-up. Previous reports elsewhere falsely reported that Otunga and McGillicutty won the match.

Because of the big-feel atmosphere to last night’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view, a source described to me that the feeling amongst the WWE Superstars and Divas was that the pay-per-view had a feeling as if it was WrestleMania. WWE is looking for good buyrates for last night’s event, but the feeling that the go-home RAW did very poorly in the ratings has several executives on edge.
